I can't get lint balls off of my carpet!?
I watched a friends' daughter for a few hours one night. Along with the pile of stuff she brought was a fuzzy red blanket. I now have thousands of fuzzy red lumps all over my light colored carpets, in every room, somehow. They won't vacuum up and getting them by hand would take several years, I believe. I was going to rent a carpet cleaner soon anyway, but I'm not sure if that would stick them in even worse.I really don't know anything about carpet cleaning and would appreciate advice I was a fool to even hope there wouldn't be ball jokes.
How do you remove melted carpet from the bottom of a pressure cooker?
So i bought an expensive pressure cooker, I have never owned one before. So today i tried it out for the first time. Had it cranked to 15 psi. Anyway, when I was done, I turned the heat off and went to put it away. The moron that I am set it down on the carpet real quick so I could make room. I started to smell something burning so I picked it up and now I have a giant circle where my carpet used to be. And now its all over the bottom of my pressure cooker. I know.. I'm stupid. I feel really sad. Not only did I ruin my floor.. but also the thing I've only owned one day. Please help? I'm not too worried about the carpet, I can just cut a piece from the back of my closet. But what about the cooker?

I think I have carpet beatles, they are really small and round shapped, black with white waves... I always clean my room, hoover every other day, wash my bedding every friday always dust so I really don't understand how I have these? I don't have carpented floor in my bedroom I have laminet... I seem to find them on my windowsill and curtains, found one on my bed, totally freeked me out I keep hoovering them up but there keep apearing, please can anyone help me to get rid of these? I'm not very good with bugs at all and its really freeking me out I'm constently checking my bed before I sleep? Any help please...

Okay, my 2yr old tends to drop food on the ground, and I'm starting to find possibly cause of it that when we walk on the carpet in bare feet, we get black stuff on our feet.. How do I get rid of this in the carpet? I don't have flash stuff.. I do have a vacuum but I suspect that I'd need more than this.. Please help? sigh I HAVE a vacuum cleaner, and I do vacuum every day but over time food crumbs Like anywhere else will get trapped in the loops of the carpet... Flash stuff is like steam mops etc.

or any carpet for that matter disintegrate around the edges near outer doorways? It hasn't been wet either. I mentioned cheap because my Land lady doesn't get the expensive anything. What could cause it?It is in an area where it wouldn't be affected by wear and tear. This summer, for my fourteenth birthday, my parents and I are gonna makeover my room with a new paint job and other things. The colour theme is black, white, and hot pink. But my carpet is blue, and it's gonna look really ugly compared to everything else. Carpet Smell ( mold? )?
In the corner of my bedroom the carpet smells musty, almost like this mildew moldy smell even the lower part of wall stinks. It has a wooden border if that helps the water heater is also on the other side outdoor patio . I've used baking soda, carpet cleaning spray. The manager had them remove the pad under the carpet only and had it steam clean but all this only seem to mask the smell for a few days. Today the supervisor came and said something about painted the walls. I know what mold mildew smells like for I lived in a place that had it for over 3 years . But the management and there clean crew insists that its nothing. I even had a few friends come over & smell the carpet & they said it stinks. I don't know what else to do.....any suggestions?
