I am a 19 year old female. I am 5& #039;4 and as of this morning I weigh in at 111.6lbs. I have been fluctuating between 111- 113lbs. Currently I try to stick to 1300- 1700cal/ day. I get in at least 1- 2.5hrs of walking daily. I work as a hostess so I am on my feet most of the time. I got a 2 month pass to the gym for July/ August. I would like to lose about 14lbs. At a rate of 2lbs/ week. My routine is as follows: 5AM- 10AM = 10 Machines/ 30min each. Alternating between the stair/ elliptical/ treadmill. 2:30 - 4:30 = 2 Hour walk around the neighborhood. 8:30PM- 11:30PM = 3 Hour walk around the neighborhood My diet: Anything from an animal or the earth. (Ie. mostly peppers, carrots, onions, celery, chicken and tuna) At about 1300 cal/ day. Does this sound like i& #039;ll be able to shave off some body fat/ lose 14lbs? Thank you!

Calculate your bmr with an online calculator. Then add your activity level plus calories burned. Then subtract 500 calories. That is what you should be eating so your metabolism doesnt go crazy and think youre starving. It will be slow- but better to slowly lose 14 pounds than to slowly gain 14 pounds.

Find out how much is your daily maintainance daily calories and subtrac by 500 calories. You 're Doing too much cardio! You should not do more than 40 min, and no more than 3 times a week.. anything above you are loosing more muscle than fat..BIG MISTAKE! For Women muscle loss comes straight the GLUTES (Butt).. Eat less carbs.Only eat Carbs before training and after traing (simple sugar carb/ Proeing ) to restore glycogen been depleted and start repairing muscle..Dont worry, carbs will not convert into fat after traing will be utilize as energy source. Do HITT Interval Cardio..Burns more fat in only 12-15 min..No more than that..(better than a 5 hour cardio) Example Sprint 35 secs Jog 1 min Walk 1 min Reapeat until you have reach 12-15 mins..
