Question: Question about stair/elliptical machines?!?

I am a 19 year old female. I am 5& #039;4 and as of this morning I weigh in at 111.6lbs. I have been fluctuating between 111- 113lbs. Currently I try to stick to 1300- 1700cal/ day. I get in at least 1- 2.5hrs of walking daily. I work as a hostess so I am on my feet most of the time. I got a 2 month pass to the gym for July/ August. I would like to lose about 14lbs. At a rate of 2lbs/ week. My routine is as follows: 5AM- 10AM = 10 Machines/ 30min each. Alternating between the stair/ elliptical/ treadmill. 2:30 - 4:30 = 2 Hour walk around the neighborhood. 8:30PM- 11:30PM = 3 Hour walk around the neighborhood My diet: Anything from an animal or the earth. (Ie. mostly peppers, carrots, onions, celery, chicken and tuna) At about 1300 cal/ day. Does this sound like i& #039;ll be able to shave off some body fat/ lose 14lbs? Thank you! |
