I have the following bottles on hand and I'm unsure which to serve with my Thanksgiving dinner I'm cooking. Here's what I'm making, perhaps you can help me pair the best bottle with this collection of dishes...1. Turkey rubbed with herbes de provence and stuffed with lemon, orange, onion, rosemary, sage and oregano.2. Homemade stuffing with sage country sausage and apples.3. What prep steps can be done 1, 2, or 3 days prior to cooking the Thanksgiving meal?
I want to do as much as I can prior to the day I serve Thanksgiving as a late lunch. The only thing I can think of so far is to make the cornbread that I will use in the dressing a few days ahead, since it's best dried out anyway.

Going over to my in laws for thanksgiving and they always take care of the turkey and stuffing but i want to take something really yummy. they always talk about how my husbands sister is such a good cook and since im the youngest in the group i feel like i need to prove that im a good " homemaker" . its not that im trying to show anybody up, i just want to prove myself. whats a couple of things that would be good to take over there?
