Is there a difference between a Walking Treadmill and a Running Treadmill?
I wanted to know what the standard was for treadmills. I want to walk casually on it, but I also want to run intensively. Go for a hardcore run on my treadmill, but also be able to walk on it too, with no problem?Do all treadmills allow this or do I need to do some shopping around before I decide what to buy?
