What is the average family budget in UK? Particularly around London?
We're a family of 4, two young girls under six. I just want to know an average, I know it depends on where you buy and how you live or what you earn, but we'll be moving to the UK from abroad and I just want to have an idea. We're looking at cities around London.

My husband does all the bills, I haven't even looked at them pretty much because he's the one who makes the money so he pays the bills....I have my own bills that I pay, but not nearly as complex as what he has to deal with I have a credit card, cell phone, and my car payment, that's it, he has the house, utilities, cable, internet, insurance, etc...you catch my drift Well, like most people, we are coming into hard times. So we want to sit down and go over all our bills together and see if there's some things we can reduce or completely cut out all together....so my question is...Are there any websites or software that can help me figure out a budget? Preferably something that's free or inexpensive...
Why is health-care so expensive and out of touch with a family budget?
Just think how much better the economy would be if health care premiums were half what they are for most family's, and the extra money would go into the economy.

Our President has ordered his cabinet to cut a whopping $100 million from our $3.5 trillion federal budget I'm so impressed by this sacrifice that I have decided to do the same thing with my personal budget. I spend about $2000 a month on groceries, household expenses, medicine, utilities, taxes etc, but it's time to get out the budget cutting ax, go line by line through my expenses, and cut back I'm going to cut my spending at exactly the same ratio 1 35,000 of my total budget. After doing the math, it looks like instead of spending $2000 a month I'm going to have to cut that number by six cents Yes, I'm going to have to get by with $1999.94, but that's what sacrifice is all about. Ladies, would you consider being a full time mother and HOUSEWIFE if the family budget allows it?
feminists wouldn't haha would you? even if you don't have children yet? old fashioned 20 years old Latin American man. provided that the husband makes enough income. the housewife could have her own income producing assets some economic independence so she can take care of her family. she could have time for her hobbies too insted of being stuck in the rat race daily.housewives work hard too, even if they don't bring income, it still represents money and even more well being .That's the most I deside the day I get married, seeing my future kids being taken care of by their mother most of the time insted of strangers taking care of them, coming home and knowing that somebody that loves you is waiting for you at home with your children, but in my country most women aren't interested even if there's enough money. I'd like my future wife to have her own money if possible even if it's a home based business or invesments. I know women need to study something and get ahead but I think HOME is a PRIORITY.she wouldn't just sit at home, she could do her HOBBIES also, mixture of activities

My mom and dad may be getting divorce and he said he will be required to pay $500 $600 a month in child support and i need some help on a budget.Here's the bills House Payment $250.00 or it may be cheaper i was thinking a single wide ran about 200 250Car Payment $150.00 a 2 door cobalt would be what we want so i was thinking 150 Eletric Bill $175.00 in a double wide our bill runs 350 in winter time so i cut that in half i think thats right Water Bill $40.00Telephone $30.00Cell phone $40.00Money to buy stuff like soap powder,dryer sheets,soap,etc. i was thinking put back $100 for that.Well then i was think at least put a hundred in the bank a month in case of emergency. It all totals 885 could someone help me out maybe ways to save or things to cut out. Please help.
What does the average family budget in the UK look like?
My husband will be joining the brittish army in 2013 and I cant for the life of me figure out how anyone live on 13, 000 pounds while in initial training so i'm wondering what the weekly living costs are. we are Australian Two adults and one child. Thanks in advance for you help
