Shouldn't we follow Obama's lead and cut our own family budgets?
Our President has ordered his cabinet to cut a whopping $100 million from our $3.5 trillion federal budget I'm so impressed by this sacrifice that I have decided to do the same thing with my personal budget. I spend about $2000 a month on groceries, household expenses, medicine, utilities, taxes etc, but it's time to get out the budget cutting ax, go line by line through my expenses, and cut back I'm going to cut my spending at exactly the same ratio 1 35,000 of my total budget. After doing the math, it looks like instead of spending $2000 a month I'm going to have to cut that number by six cents Yes, I'm going to have to get by with $1999.94, but that's what sacrifice is all about. Chancellor George Osborne is preparing to unveil a string of measures aimed at easing the pressure on family budgets and businesses.The Chancellor's Autumn Statement on Tuesday is set to include credit easing for smaller businesses, a limit on rail fair rises and possibly also a freeze in fuel duty. As revealed by Sky's Mark Kleinman , Mr Osborne will announce plans to underwite up to 20bn of bank lending to businesses in a bid to avoid Britain sliding back into recession.Treasury sources are describing the move, part of which will involve the Government underwriting the cost of banks' borrowing on financial markets, as a " game changer" .The aim is that banks will be able to borrow more cheaply if their borrowing is backed by the Government and that their savings will be passed on to companies.Ministers hope to get the scheme up and running by the beginning of next year, with the intention that it will run for the next two years. My mom and dad may be getting divorce and he said he will be required to pay $500 $600 a month in child support and i need some help on a budget.Here's the bills House Payment $250.00 or it may be cheaper i was thinking a single wide ran about 200 250Car Payment $150.00 a 2 door cobalt would be what we want so i was thinking 150 Eletric Bill $175.00 in a double wide our bill runs 350 in winter time so i cut that in half i think thats right Water Bill $40.00Telephone $30.00Cell phone $40.00Money to buy stuff like soap powder,dryer sheets,soap,etc. i was thinking put back $100 for that.Well then i was think at least put a hundred in the bank a month in case of emergency. It all totals 885 could someone help me out maybe ways to save or things to cut out. Please help.

Is there a family budget program for MAC that helps remind you when your bills are dues?
im using mac os X 10.4 and would like a family home budget app that will either remind me via email or some other method that the electric bills is due on so and so date at that it is so and so dollars. or that the car insurance is due and it is so and so dollars. i would like it to be an actual app that i can open and edit the dates and amounts and enter that the bill has been paid or what not, not just simply a reminder . if i can use the program to pay the bills directly from that program, even better but not necessary.most programs i have seen and tried want you to set it up with a checking account and want to know what check number you have used to pay so and so bills. well 100 % of all of my family budgeting is done via internet and i donet even have a check book. so i wouldnt have check numbers to enter.if you know of a program, even if you use it on PC, please, let me know, maybe i can find the mac version. thanks.some guy named mike

Does anyone know if MICROSOFT has a budget that will help me out. I am looking for a budget that can take what we make a month and after we pay all of our bills it will help me calculate what we have left to spend on other bills like school loans, medical bills, somethings we have on our credit, what we can afford to pay off credit cards and house and cars faster things like this. I need a guide like after bills are paid what we should be spending on food and entrainment. We want to go on a very strict budget for at least a year so we can get caught up. We do useless spending that needs to stop. If there is nothing for MICROSOFT willing to pay for a good program but don't know where to start.
